ONE YEAR EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE: One-year equipment guarantee is valid for all Satellite devices that we are selling. One-year equipment guarantee is valid under the normal use of the equipment. Dropped, damaged equipment is NOT covered with this warranty. Wireless AV senders and Wireless Teddy Bear Camera have one year guarantee as well.

SATELLITE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE: After 30 days or the system was done by another company, $50 trip fee along with labor fee [$50/hour] will be applied, for any visit regardless of the type of the service. Actual price of the service will be determined by our installer’s estimation. For any kind of work (i.e. installation, adjustment, relocation of system etc.) there is a $50 trip fee and additional $50 per hour for labor. Trip fee of $50 will be applied for all visits even within the first 30 day.

WIRELESS TELEPHONE SERVICE WARRANTY: For 15-day, risk-free trial, purchase a wireless phone and activate service in our store. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your undamaged phone for a refund in first 15-days and pay only for airtime and usage charges.
